Our company has a full refund policy under the following circumstances:
- If we have not processed your SSM reprint within 2 working day (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays).
- If for any reason that SSM E-Info does not allow us to reprint your business and no payment has been made to SSM E-Info
Important (Reprint SSM):
- No refunds will be made if your business has expired below 12 months. We will reprint your documents after renewal done from your side.
- No refunds will be made if any order has been fulfilled with the wrong information.
The refund will be made within 3-7 working days based on the eligibility.
RM10 from total amount will be imposed on every refund transaction to cover the cost of payment gateway and handling.
